Delivra is email marketing software with a laser focus on customer service and great product experience. Delivra brought DOT on to help unfold a story to overworked marketers that need backup and guidance from time-to-time.
After a successful rebranding and product design refresh, Delivra was primed to tell their story. DOT worked with Delivra to develop and hone that story into a refined brand experience aimed at helping website visitors gather the information they need to qualify themselves as Delivra customers.
In the on-going aspect of this project, we’re measuring and optimizing the buyers’ journey through Delivra’s website. As we progressed through the site development, we created many experiments around pricing, call to actions and headlines that are being a/b tested and improved.
